Who is eligible for the New Homeowner promotional plans?
These exclusive broadband rates, free router upgrades, and shopping vouchers are available for new homeowners. This includes clients collecting keys for a new BTO, newly TOP Condos, or taking over a resale property.
How does the referral process work for property agents?
It is completely fuss-free. Simply connect your client with our team via WhatsApp. Our dedicated consultants will advise them on the best StarHub plans, handle the paperwork, and coordinate the physical installation. You add value to your client without adding to your workload.
Are there any hidden setup fees for my clients?
Under the current New Homeowner promotions, standard NetLink Trust (NLT) activation and installation fees (worth $152.72) are completely waived. We ensure full transparency on any exceptional charges (such as non-standard wiring) before proceeding.
