-
Step 01
Your consultant explains the broadband packages
Your i-TUP sales consultant explains available residential broadband packages, including pricing, contract terms and inclusions, so you can ask questions before choosing.
Your next step: Ask your consultant to clarify any package details you are unsure about. -
Step 02
Select the package that suits your home
Choose your preferred package after reviewing the options. i-TUP can help you consider household usage and WiFi coverage before you decide.
Your next step: Confirm your selected package with your sales consultant. -
Step 03
Provide the information needed for the application
Your consultant will tell you what information is needed and use it to complete the signup forms. Check your residential address and contact details to prevent application or appointment-notification errors.
Your next step: Provide the requested information through the channel agreed with your consultant. -
Step 04
Review and e-sign the completed form
Review the completed form, including your personal details, service address and package, before you e-sign. Ask your consultant to fix anything incorrect or unclear.
Your next step: Review the completed form carefully, then e-sign when you are satisfied. -
Step 05
i-TUP submits the form for provisioning
After you e-sign, your consultant submits the application for provisioning, the processing stage before installation arrangements are shared. Signing or submitting does not mean service is installed.
Your next step: Stay contactable in case your consultant needs to clarify any application details. -
Step 06
Your consultant shares the installation appointment
After provisioning, your consultant shares the installation date and time. Record the appointment and make the premises available.
Your next step: Check the date and time shared by your consultant and ask about any preparation needed. -
Step 07
Receive the StarHub email and SMS notifications
StarHub will email the broadband End User Agreement and send an SMS with the installation date and time. Keep both and ask your consultant about unclear appointment details.
Your next step: Look out for the StarHub email and installation SMS, and review the information provided.
A quick checklist for a smoother signup
- Understand the selected package, pricing and contract terms before signing.
- Check the application’s service address, email address and mobile number.
- Resolve questions about the form before e-signing.
- Keep the StarHub agreement email and installation SMS.
- Confirm the appointment details and ask your consultant about anything unclear.
Installation depends on provisioning and a communicated appointment; no fixed processing or installation timeframe is promised.
